In July we'll undertake the epic task of running 50 miles in the Lake District to raise money for the St Helens and Knowsleys Paediatric Department and Epic Kidz.

As we're not seasoned runners this is a massive undertaking for us, but what we lack in experience we make up for in determination.

In the lead up to the Lakeland 50 we've also taken part in Howgills Trail Marathon on 13th May, and a 30 mile recce on the 27th of May. In addition to this, our training will include numerous self-organised runs in the Lake District, Wales and areas surrounding Liverpool.
