Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Ride London 2023 JustGiving page.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I busy super busy 24/7, thinking up ideas and doing everything I can as CEO to help support families in our Community who have children with disabilities.

However, what's good for my mental state of mind, and my background in sport, is also needing a challenge to really push my limits, keep me focused, and encouraging others to get involved in supporting these special families.

This challenge is no mean feat.

I've cycled the London to Brighton many years ago (and before knee surgeries!), but now I am going to join fellow supporters in cycling 100 MILES around London & Essex.  This won't be easy, and will take a lot of training (I'm not sure where I'm going to find the time!)... but it will be worth it.

If you can help support my fundraising efforts, it really will be very much appreciated.  If you want to find out more about The Knights Foundation, take a look - https://www.theknightsfoundation.org/.  You can follow us on our social media:
