While others are using October to give up alcohol or smoking that'd be far too easy for me so instead I'm giving up something that those who know me will be a real struggle. I'm going to do without caffeine soft drinks like coca-cola (whatever brand you like) and coping with the withdrawal in order to raise funds for this amazing organisation.

I spent the best 18 months of my life volunteering with the 38th African Children's Choir and was able to see them again this summer in Uganda. The 43rd choir will be arriving soon in the UK and I want to raise funds to ensure that they can continue to help thousands of children across Africa.
