Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm going to undertake the Cambridgeshire Spartan Race across 5 miles of mud, walls, ropes, rivers and through fire to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.  I'm not very good, at these things so it will be a massive challenge for me.

My friend (possibly your friend) Ingy is one of the most astonishing people I know. He has had CANCER 5 TIMES and under gone 2 stem cell (bone marrow) transplants. He has been completely stoic and heroic in the face of these horrific injustices. 

Without the research by this remarkable charity, this might not have been possible and he would not be alive today. Everyone who knows and loves Ingy is to some extent in their debt.

I haven't been able to make it to Belfast to visit him for a while so I wanted to do something for everyone who is equally heroic and benefits from their amazing research. 

I am not fit and I'm completely useless at running.  This means that the chances of my enormous bottom catching on the barbed wire and leaving me stranded, face down in the mud is pretty high. 

So, please take pity on me and peek into your coffers to throw me whatever you can.
