Dear friends and family,

I can't avoid it any longer! The big 50 is upon me and I am hoping you will be "celebrating" with me in true Davis style over the coming weeks. The last 50 years have been very good to me and I have everything I need. This is not true of many others in this world and I would like to do something different this year. Instead of presents and gifts I would appreciate any help to raise funds for a cause that is close to my heart.

The charity below is doing fantastic work by giving Kenyan orphans a new start in life. It is run by an amazing young man - a Senior Manager at KPMG - a role model for my boys. A young man who, at the age of 21 was so touched by the plight of so many in Kenya, whilst on a "gap year", that he has done something about it. Over the last 8 years he has positively changed the lives of so many and I know that any assistance we can provide will be greatly appreciated by the kids he supports.
