 I will be taking to the stage on Wednesday 28th November to sing my heart out in support of Mencap at Y Factor in Leeds....don't worry I will not be storming the stage I was actually invited!  Given my reluctance to exercise I figured this would be easier than a 10k run but I am not so sure now that the day is fast approaching.  I hope many of you will be there to witness my pop extravaganza (downfall)...for those of you that can't make it Steve has promised / threatened to get a video of my performance.  Please show your support by sponsoring me for this great cause and making the pain worthwhile for us all!"
