A year ago I started a challenge to lose weight & raise money for the Samaritans. A year on I have raised over £300, lost almost 2 stone, become Zumba crazy, feel much healthier & loads happier! 

Friday 12th July 2019 would have been Carl’s 30th Birthday. In his memory, this week I am taking on challenges that friends & family have set for me; this includes: an 8 mile walk home from work, 100 flights of stairs in a day, only eating vegan food & detoxing from fizzy pop!
