James and I are swimming 5km in Lake Windermere as part of the Great North Swim. This will be a huge challenge as it is a really long distance, is likely to be very cold and we will be in the water, in wetsuits, for at least two hours. We would be so grateful of your support by donating to this amazing charity Bright Red.

We have known many special people who have been affected by blood cancer and Bright Red Charity funds research into this in the North of England, plus supports people affected by these awful illnesses.
