SIX of our staff are swapping bricks and mortar for swimwear, bikes and a pair of running shoes as they prepare for their triathlon debut.

Team one for Linley & Simpson comprises Nicola Sutton (swim); Jeremy Bladon (bike) and Will Linley (run). While the second team includes Dan Bond (swim); Ross Harding (cycle); and Harriet Welham (run).

The team have been inspired by Jeremy who's ambition to take part in a triathlon has got the whole team excited.

Whilst keeping fit and team building it is also great that we are able to raise valuable funds for Macmillan to help them support the families and people affected by cancer.
