Combat stress is the only organisation in the UK that provides specialist care to Veterans suffering from psychological wounds uninterrupted since 1919. Over the last 89 years, it has supported almost 100,000 Veterans of every campaign that British forces have been involved in since the First World War. The charity currently has more than 4500 ex-service men and women in its care, the youngest of whom is just 20 years old.
The charity provides evidence based specialist treatment programmes to help Veterans and their families rebuild their lives.
HS&PS staff and friends have cycled the huge distance of 5612 kilometres from London to Helmand Province on static bikes.
Please help us in raising money for this charity and the important work they do in empowering ex-service men and women manage their mental wellbeing.
