On the 09 September 2018 I'll be running the Great North Run after being successful in the  ballot.  I want to help Brighter Futures Radiotherapy Appeal reach their target of £2.9 million in order to bring a radiotherapy unit closer to home.  No one should have to travel a 70 mile round-trip to receive life-saving treatment which not only has an enormous impact on the victim but also their friends and family who provide transport.
