Wow where do I start... Nicola the little Scottish fire cracker who said it how it was... a fighter a true inspiration and a good friend to all her knew her... 

I remember the day she told me the awful news like yesterday with a diagnoses of 6 months to live it was just truly awful but she also said to me I won't give up without a fight Shazza and boy did she put up a fight with running marathons to talks on bowel cancer to helping others you can see her journey on Twitter @nicchallenge3 

We communicated every day we laughed we cried and we kept positive throughout the journey... with her Moto Get Up Show Up and NEVER give up.. 

She really did give it her all and eventually fell asleep peacefully and gained her beautiful Angel wings.  We are not able to say our goodbyes in the conventional way due to current situations but we can hold on to our own memories and support Nicola chosen charity to give thanks for their time help and support during her bad days and last days.
