Thank you all so much for your Donations made so far...here's just a quick update/Reminder...

Less than 2 weeks to go now! So if you want to pass on to others who may want to make a donation..all monies will be greatfully received by the British Heart Foundation.

Once again we are doing the London to Southend Bike Ride on Sunday 17th July 2011. Approx. 55 miles this year across the wilds of Essex..!
