However, the current financial situation is squeezing charitities and Cruse is no exception. When I heard Becky, our fundraiser, saying she was looking for people to fundraise at the Bristol Half marathon, I said I'd do it. So, here I am again, hoping you might donate some money to this really worthwhile cause. As you'll know Cruse offers counselling to people who are bereaved, and it proves to be a life line for many people. Watching someone transform from the day they first come for a session to when they finish is truly rewarding. This can turn lives around. I hope you'll give generously.The race was on Sep. 11th, a poignant date, and I finished it in 1 hour, 41 minutes and 43 seconds. My best time for a Bristol Half, although not my best time overall.
