Hi!

Please spare a thought (and any amount of cash!) for the kids of the Welcombe Hills Special School in Stratford-upon-Avon as I put on my running shoes to take part in my first ever half-marathon on 25th April. Also, for good measure I've thrown in a quick cycle down to London the day before as a warm up and later I'm cooling down in the Alps climbing a few hills on the bike in mid June. What have I let myself in for?! With your support it will make all the difference and most importantly the kids at the school will get a bit closer to their dream of creating an Eco-Garden.
