You may remember 2 years ago I started running and raised over £800 for Myaware, and as a small charity it really makes a difference. This horrible debilitating illness affects my best friends' sister, and I've seen what a difference the money makes to them and her so would like to raise some more by running the Brighton Marathon. I've really struggled with my running over the last 2 years, suffering lots of setbacks with my knees, and really didn't know whether I'd actually be able to complete the distance, hence only just setting up this page. I had a major setback in November after running 13 miles which put me out of action for 7 weeks so I'm on the back foot a little but am back up to 16 miles, with 18 planned tomorrow (25th Feb) and 20 the following week; then some tapering and hill training. I have covered 500 miles in training so far, so I know that I can do it, and would love your support to raise as much as I can.
