We fund life-changing and life-saving work to support cancer patients at The Christie

Story

Last year, we lost a great friend Martin Pears (Tin) who passed away 2 weeks after he was diagnosed with leukemia. We are privileged to have had him and his smile in our lives and since he passed away, his friends and family have made an amazing effort to raise money in a variety of different ways.

On 24th of October, 5 of us are going to attempt to take part in a 10km walk around Salford Quays called the Night of Neon, organised by Christies. If you share the privilege of knowing Tin or have simply heard one of the many fabulous stories that we have to tell about him, please donate. All money raised for Martin's charity will be going to The Young Oncology Unit (Y.O.U.) at The Christie where Martin was well looked after.  We also have a Tribute Fund set up for the Y.O.U and all money raised will be included in this.
