As some may know, I have two profoundly deaf children so being able to give something back to the NDCS means a lot. We chose for them to have cochlear implants and they are doing very well. It was a hard and challenging time but with the help and support from organisations such as the NDCS it was made a little easier to comprehend.I would like to raise more awareness of deafness and be able to give something back to the deaf community.
