Impetus - The Private Equity Foundation Triathlon · 12 September 2015

Impetus transforms the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by investing in leading education and employment non-profits. We give them long-term funding, pro-bono support and strategic expertise so more young people get the education and opportunities they need for a fulfilling life.

Story

Dear Friends

On Saturday 12th September I will be taking part again in a Triathlon (750m swim, 21.2km bike and 5km run) in order to raise money for Impetus - The Private Equity Foundation (http://www.impetus-pef.org.uk/), the leading venture philanthropy charity focused on children and young people. I will be joined by several of my colleagues and we will try to tackle again the challenge at Eton, Dorney Lake (the 2012 Olympic venue).‎

As many of you will know, I have been a Trustee of Impetus-PEF for several years and have supported their work which focuses on transforming the lives of disadvantaged children and young people helping them to reach their full potential.

‎In 2010 I ran the Athens Marathon and in 2014 I took part in the FT Triathlon, raising over £10,000 each time to help support the work of Impetus-PEF. If you would like to join me again in supporting this great cause, please follow this link: https://www.justgiving.com/Nikos-Stathopoulos2/.

Thank you in advance for your kind support and generosity.‎

Ps: I don't expect this to be an annual event for me as mother nature will eventually take over...
