The Chop Of Guilluamme's Locks · 17 June 2019

We are dedicated to life-changing care at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. King’s provides specialist and local health services to over one million people in South-East London and Kent, as well as critical care. Our work makes innovation, as well as world class treatment, possible.

Story

If you know Guillaume Perie, you will know how positive and upbeat he is, even in the most challenging of times, and this is
exactly how he has dealt with his recent diagnosis of a Bleeding Stroke on the 4th June.

Guillaume lost all movements in his left arm and leg, and is currently awaiting surgery to repair the arteriovenous malformation that caused the stroke, due to take place on 24th June.

Now Guillaume being the amazing human he is, has decided to donate his precious locks to the amazing ‘Little Princess Trust’ in preparation for the operation.

Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

Guillaume has grown his hair for over 8 years now, and everyone knows him as the guy with the long hair, Jesus and Tarzan. (amongst the politest nicknames we have for him).

It truly warms our heart that he can still think of others and be so selfless even in his darkest time.

17th June, will be D day. We have a little 4-year-old girl named Fifi who will be doing the honour of cutting the hair (she has an obsession with cutting her own hair) and a hairdresser has kindly offered her time to fix Fifi’s attempt.

We will film this, and share on here and all social networks.

Guillaume is so overwhelmed with the way in which the Doctors/Nurses and staff at Kings College London Hospital have looked after him, that he has asked us to help him in saying a huge thank you by raising funds for the hospital.

Please feel free to donate what you can/want, absolutely no pressure. Anything you can afford can help so don't be shy even it only is a couple of quids
