We support people with their mental health to improve mental wellbeing

Story

Mental Health is everywhere and many people are suffering in silence, feeling too ashamed and isolated to talk about it. Mental Health sufferers hide their feelings from family and friends. I hope by raising awareness and supporting Mind Great Yarmouth & Waveney it will let others know it's ok to talk and they are not alone. The charity is set up around the Norfolk Great Yarmouth and parts of the Suffolk Waveney area to help young people, adults and carers receive support. This charity is such a big part of our community and not many people know its there. Please share and donate to help this charity support and help others and ultimately  to raise awareness.

Mental Health shouldn't be shameful and it's on the rise, leading to more people feeling they need to take their own lives :(
