Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This is for all my fellow MS warriors out there!

As many of you may know, I was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) almost 6 years ago.

A lesion was found at the top of my Spinal Cord. I now have nerve damage in the majority of my body -  arms, eye, hands, face and legs.

The past couple of years have been quite tough having been through some terrible MS symptoms and relapses. At one point I struggled to walk and needed to use a walking aid. So I thought, whilst my legs are OK, whilst I still can -  why not take part in this fun 5K Kapow! Superhero Challenge obstacle course at Temple Newsam in Leeds, this time with my 6 year old son Nico.

5K may not sound very far to many of you, but for someone like me with my MS Symptoms, it will be a challenge! Not only running, but also climbing and crawling through obstacles.

We will also have Nico's school friends and their Mums taking part for moral support!

It would be wonderful if you could sponsor Nico and I, we would be really grateful.

If you are free, come along and cheer us on.
