As an NHS nurse, over the years I have witnessed the emotional well-being challenges our frontline workers face day to day 💙

During the pandemic, our doctors, nurses, AHP’s and emergency workers have suffered huge workloads, trauma and grief to a level which we sadly could not have foreseen or planned for 💔

The Laura Hyde Foundation has a vision to enable accessible mental health for all medical and emergency workers - this is so desperately important now more than ever  💟

I would like to bake my favourite cupcakes for you and in return we can together raise money for this wonderful charity 💜
