In 2014, OCD Pencoed is raising money for Velindre Hospital.  Our next event is the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October, where 12 of us will be running/jogging one of the most stunning courses in the UK.

Please make an effort to support usalong the route as a friendly few encouraging words will go a long way to lifting our spirits and determination. Look out for the green Velindre Cancer Centre vests and steely smiles!
