London to Cardiff is a team challenge like no other.

Our team is called 'Go West OS' and we will be running 160 miles in relay from Twickenham in London to Cardiff Centre with an aim of completing within 24 hours. We will be running through the night so will need our wits about us as we self navigate between checkpoints. The route is through mud, trail and grass, following rivers and canals and through forest, ridgeways and bridges, including the Severn crossing.
