Along with a number of other OTIS teams, UK I&S (plus one member from PDERS, as not all were brave enough) have been crazy enough to enter a team into the 2012 Tower 42 Vertical Rush taking place on the 1 March. This is essentially a run up to the top of London’s tallest tower. Otis UK recently secured the biggest modernisation contract in its history in upgrading 25 units in the 183m tower. We are running in aid of SHELTER, which is a UK based charity focused on dealing with issues with Homelessness and Bad Housing.
