For those of you who know me well, you will know I lost my Pops in 2013, and my Father in Law just last year, in 2017 to this awful disease. Both larger than life characters and are missed more than it's possible to say and sometimes it just clicks, and it's time to give a little something back. 

I want to do my bit, and give back to a cause that genuinely helps thousands of people everyday. As we all know, it won't be easy - running is definitely not a strength of mine - but I will be training constantly, knowing that every step taken on that marathon path is a challenge I'd rather face daily, than the challenge cancer patients are facing everyday.
