The Occupational Therapy Team at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit are 'Stepping Up for Sport!', we hope you can help us get as far across Europe as we can by supporting our appeal! 

'Team Green' are Stepping Up to support our patients by raising £500 for the Sport at the Bradgate appeal. Our charity Raising Health has created this appeal to get our patients at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit moving and more active during their admission and encourage them to get involved in sport and exercise after discharge.  

'Team Green' have set themselves the challenge of travelling to as many of Europe's Captial Cities as they can between the 20th July – 09th August 2020. 

With the current restrictions around Covid-19 this challenge will be done 'virtually', the team will keep track of their steps and miles and keep you updated to see just how far they can 'travel'.

Our route....OT Office (Bradgate MHU) Leicester to Royal College of OT London 101 miles, ..from London to World Federation of OT Paris, 236 miles, ..from Paris to Brussels, 178 miles, ..from Brussels to Amsterdam, 124 miles, ..from Amsterdam to Berlin, 395 miles...and maybe further?
