Team members from Oakland International are planning an event to raise money for Acorns Childrens' Hospice so that they can provide continued and better treatment and facilities to their patients. The Skydive will take place on 25th September 2010 and we will be really grateful if you helped in sponsoring this event.

Acorns Children's Hospice offers a network of specialist care and support to over 600 children and young people who have life limiting or life threating illnesses. The Charity also offers support to the patient's family. Services are offered at 3 regional children's hospices: Acorns in Birmingham (located in Sellyoak), Acorns in the Black Country (located in Walsall) and Acorns for the Three Counties (located in Worcester). Acorns  Community Team offers support to patients at home and it also allows them to  stay at the hospices for short breaks, emergency and end-of-life care. The community team gives support to the family 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
