Hi, I'm Rachel O'Connell, I am a St John ambulance Cadet and I have been a member of Roath park division and St John Cymru since the age of 12. I have given up lots of free time to help this wonderful organisation and I am a very proud, dedicated member. I have been given a wonderful opportunity to attend the International Cadet Competitions in South Africa in January 2020 therefore, I'll be representing St John Cymru along with a few select others. This opportunity Involves 2 weeks competing in South Africa representing St John Cymru participating in activities like first aid competitions and drill. I'm extremely grateful and excited about receiving this unique opportunity.We will be joined by members of St John from all over the world.To be able to participate in this once in a life time trip, I need to raise money to go towards the trip therefore I am asking for your help. Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.
