This page is about sport and solidarity. I like sport and practice it regularly; it can be an important element to bring balance in one’s life. However I know that it is a form of Freedom not everyone can enjoy. This is whyI decided to run “Run the Beat” Half Marathon for ParalympicsGB.

ParalympicsGB is a registered charity responsible for selecting, preparing, entering, funding and managing 's teams at the Paralympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games.

The funds raised for ParalympicsGB help provide training and support to disabled athletes. Moreover ParalympicsGB helps all newcomers to disability sport through the Parasport programme; making sport more accessible.
