Dear All,

This year our traditionally fund raising Christmas class falls on the 19th of December. Lets donate for Catalyst, charity that supports those with substance misuse and mental health issues, fights homelessness and provides counselling to people having this issues.

We will have a slow paced practice with attention to breath, finishing with candle meditation. (7:30 - 9:00)

We meet at Tongham Village Hall, 75 The Street, Tongham, GU10 1DD)

From 9:00 to 10:00 we will stay for tea and cakes to celebrate Christmas and coming New Year! As always, lets stick to the home made food - whether this will be cakes or savoury snacks. If you don't have time to cook, please bring a box of berries or fruit.

It would be great if you could bring your family, friends or neighbours to make this fund raising effort a success!
