Story

Dear friends and family,

Last Autumn the three of us were given the fantastic opportunity to run the London Marathon for the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. Attempting the marathon has always been a personal ambition of ours and it's great to be able to finally do this together.

The RHN cares for and rehabilitates adults with profound and complex disabilities caused by disease or damage to the brain or other parts of the nervous system. The services of the hospital help transform the independence, confidence, dignity and quality of life for patients.

The RHN is a national not-for-profit medical charity which is fully dependent on it's fundraising initiatives. This means that every penny counts and goes a long way to helping those most in need. Here's a link to the website if you'd like to learn a little bit more. http://www.rhn.org.uk/home.asp

We're now counting down the days and despite aching limbs and a growing hatred towards pasta the three of us are getting more and more excited about the big day.

Thanks so much for all your support.
