As you can see I've put on a bit of sausage since you last saw me, so I badly need your help.  And so do all the children at Martin House Children's Hospice.

Thank you SO much for deciding to sponsor me in my attempt to swim 1 mile up Lake Windermere on the 4th September.  Having a newborn baby in the house has somewhat limited my training so I suspect I'm more likely to find out if the lake's a mile deep...
