Hi everyone,

In April, I'll be running the 2023 London Marathon on behalf of the Children's Liver Disease Foundation. I'm aiming to complete the trio of Owen siblings with London Marathon medals - Em smashed the 2019 marathon and Ben got a medal for running the final 100m back in 1999... cheat!

I'm running for CLDF who provide vital care and support to children diagnosed with liver disease and their families. This charity is close to my family's heart, as my brother was born with a liver disease and had to undergo life-saving surgery at 7 weeks old. Thankfully he now lives a very healthy (ish!) life and we are all so grateful for the help the charity has given us as a family over the years.

CLDF relies almost entirely on the donations and fundraising activities of supporters to be able to carry out their vital work and research so any donation would be massively appreciated.
