Hi we're Katie, Olivia & Oli, and some how we have signed to run a 10k Spartan obstacle race!! As yet we have never claimed a rope and jumped over fire but we will be doing so in 6 weeks time! 

We are raising money for Safe Families a charity that supports families that are struggling, to find community and belonging, helping them get back on their feet. Safe Families are a Christian charity who work with local volunteers to support families in their own communities. Providing emergency over night hosting and befriending for struggling and isolated parents and children.
