Hello, 

CAESSR's Cocker and English Springer Spaniel Rescue Centre is where we found our furry pal Rex (in the picture). 

I'm running the Richmond Half Marathon to help make sure that dogs without homes continue to have food and everything they need with any money I can raise.

I you're a dog person i'm sure you can spare a fiver for this worthy cause!
