I have taken the decision to commit to running the London Marathon with less than three months training time left...

It certainly won't be easy and I doubt Mo Farah has much to worry about, but I will be giving it my best shot!

Through running the London Marathon I will be trying to raise as much money as possible for Bowel Cancer UK, a charity that is very close to my heart having lost my mum Lisa to bowel cancer in 2012.

On a lighter note, it will also be a great opportunity for me to shed some of the extra pounds I have seemingly appeared to have put on over the past few years!

Any donation no matter the amount will be greatly appreciated.
