This October, we will be cycling from Brussels to Paris covering 375 km in 3 days with the aim of raising £20,000 for the Carers Trust.

The Carers Trust is the UK's largest charity for unpaid carers, supporting families to access support they desperately need.  Anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who could not cope without their support, is a carer.  3 out of 5 people will be carers at some stage in their lives, underpinning the importance of helping those who dedicate their lives to caring for another.

Carers Trust offer practical help, both inside and outside the home, desperately needed breaks, information and advice, currently reaching out to almost 450,000 carers.  With your support, we can help Carers Trust to reach out to many more unpaid carers. We hope you can dig deep to sponsor us!
