I am cycling from London to Paris and am raising money for BridgingStroke. Money that is raised will go directly to the fund and will be used to buy equipment for stroke patients cared for in Newcastle and Gateshead to enhance their care. This is a near three hundred mile iconic cycle challenge, completed in many charitable fundraisers, and I chose it for this reason.

The challenge has now been completed. The trip was arranged and supported by the company 'More Adventure', who perform this role for many charitable cycling endeavours. Please read the following blog about my preparations:
