It's the month of LOVE everyone!
Your Studio 11 instructors are extremely proud to announce our very first online charity workshop supporting Changes Bristol!
Taking place online, via Zoom, on Saturday 27th February, 'One Love for Change' will offer 6 very different yet equally uplifting heart centric 30 minute classes for you to enjoy.
Beginning at 1pm and ending at 5pm you can sign up for all 6 or select the ones you want to attend - do read on for the full glorious details!
All proceeds from this workshop are going to Changes Bristol, a small local mental health charity providing essential support for people experiencing mental distress. This fantastic charity make it easy for those who need support to access the help they require easily and quickly. Through the free, open access peer support groups and befriending services which take place online, over the phone and in-person across Bristol, they offer people suffering from mental health issues a safe, non- judgemental space to talk and share experiences with others going through something similar and to take realistic and positive steps toward improving their lives and their wellbeing.
This workshop is open to everyone: members and non-members alike SO please, share the love far and wide; encourage your friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues to come along and let's together make this One Love for Change.
Payment for the workshop is via donation with a suggested amount of £30 for all 6 sessions. Please give as generously as you can as your donation is even more valuable during the pandemic which has seen a 3 fold increase in the number of people seeking help from mental health charities. You do not have to attend all 6 classes, pick the ones that appeal and make your donation, every penny counts.

ONE LOVE FOR CHANGE WORKSHOP - CLASS SCHEDULE
1pm - 1:30pm - 'Feel the Pulse' Let's get this 'hearty' started with a pulse racing warm up. Join Lisa for a cardio and strength workout to boost your heart rate, raise your body temp and increase blood flow to all the major muscle groups. Your warm up is a vital part of your workshop and will prepare your body for the rest of the program.
1:40pm - 2:10pm - 'Open Your Heart' with Vania as she guides you through a series of divine stretch and release exercises incorporating divine backbends and twists to unwind any tangles and allow your heart to truly soar. Backbends create space around your chest improving the efficiency of your lungs and boosting the immune system.
2:20pm - 2:50pm - 'Let Your Love Glow' with Tracey in this half hour pole flow delight. Embrace your physical form and shine brightly with pretty shape-shifting poses which dissolve and rise with grace. As you tune in to the bliss and beauty of pure pole expression and fan the flames of love's heart light. (Please note a Pole is required for this class.)
3pm - 3:30pm - 'Kindle Self Love' Loving yourself just as you are is so important and what better way to celebrate Sassurday than with the High Priestess of Sass Lou as she invites you to join her for an evocative floor flow. No equipment is required. Wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in. This session is about moving in a way that feels good and authentic for you - and no-one else. This is 'sasspression' in motion!
3:40pm - 4:10pm - 'Heart Over Head' , enjoy a view altering core and upper body strength workout with Lisa as she returns to offer this fun filled 'feet up' session. Your heart shines in all directions and when you change your point of view suddenly the view changes too! (Please note a Feet-Up stool is required for this session.)
4:20pm - 4:50pm - 'Wholehearted Peace' - it's time to find a quiet cosy space and rest. As you breathe into each present moment feel your body relax. Close your eyes and rest - you are about to experience Yoga Nidra with Emma. Nidra means sleep. In this guided meditation your body and conscious mind will let go but you will remain alert and aware as you give yourself the gift of a truly well deserved and deeply nourishing relaxation.
5pm - 'After Party Virtual Group Hug' - join all your instructors online with your favourite tipple or cup of tea to celebrate the Studio 11 Family - Love is the foundation that supports us all so let's raise a glass (or cup) to all the fabulous work Changes, Bristol Mental Health Charity do to raise awareness and offer vital support to so many beautiful humans.
