We can officially exercise outside for unlimited amounts of time again so I thought I'd take the opportunity to maximise on this and raise some money for a great cause! As everyone knows, charities have been hit extremely hard by the spread of Covid-19 and donations are essential to enable them to carry on doing their important work. Carers Trust helps unpaid carers receive the support they need, campaigning for parliamentary change and ensuring that the carer's physical and mental wellbeing is looked after. 

From helping to care for my Yiayia (along with my parents and brothers), I can attest to the fact that caring, although rewarding, is also challenging and so I wanted to help others who may be going through the same experience. This is also for my Grandma, who was a carer to my Aunty Fiona, as well as all the other carers devoting their time to looking after those in need. 

In the wake of the current pandemic, now more than ever carers will be feeling a huge strain and so I would be very grateful if you could spare even the smallest donation to this wonderful charity!
