Dear friends/loved ones, I'm hoping that you'll sponsor me to cycle over 560 miles for FareShare over 5 days in the last week of June. 

I'm cycling for 3 days with my favourite logistics company Fowler Welch who help FareShare redistribute good quality, in-date food to thousands of charities across the UK. 159 miles on the first day and 260 miles across the second and third. I'll be riding through Devon, Portsmouth, Kent and London to Nuneaton.

I then plan to make my own way back, off-road, along my beloved Grand Union Canal to London. Over 145 miles across 2 days. Will finish and celebrate with a few fellow cyclists on Friday night!

Your support will mean a lot on what will easily be my most challenging event. I'm simply hoping to do all of the above, I don't feel ready or overly confident at the moment!

Also, every pound donated (including Gift Aid!) will enable FareShare to redistribute enough food for four meals. Each one of these meals will have a story to tell. Together, we'll be reaching disadvantaged people and helping the fantastic charities that benefit from FareShare food.
