Out of the Woodwork is the 'trading arm' of SIFA Fireside

Providing training and new skills to clients from the 'drop in' and elsewhere. Clients will work 3 days/ week in the workshop learning about furniture renovation for 12 weeks.

We hope to improve confidence, creativity, team work, communication and time keeping. All of which will be mentioned on the reference they will receive from us.

They will be supported before, during and after the work placement to help them, not just cope with the change, but make the most of the experience.

We need volunteers, wooden furniture, shoppers and some funding to help us keep going. But first we need it to help us install the appropirate fire safety equipment so that we can start work in out workshop (rather than a rented classroom)
