This summer PA Consulting employees will be physically and
mentally challenging themselves to ride over 160 miles from London to Paris. 

1 in 7 of us will experience mental health problems in the workplace and at PA we want to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to discuss their mental health openly. Exercise has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and boost energy levels and we want to continue to promote the health and well-being of all our employees.  

We will be raising money for Mind, a charity which provides support for all those on their journey to wellness. Please donate as much as you can and together we can end the stigma around mental health.
