Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Ex- patients of the Physically Disabled Rehabilitation unit (PDRU), QEUH, have come together with their families to help fundraise and offer support to those in need of intensive multi-disciplinary rehabilitation. The PDRU aims to promote independence, well being and improve the quality of life of patients with physical and communication or cognitive difficulties, typically resulting from a neurological condition or injury.
The PD4RU group was formed by ex-patients and their families as a way of saying thanks for the treatment and input they received during their own rehabilitation. Monies raised will be used to purchase additional equipment and provide support to patients and their carers that will improve quality of life - not only during in-patient rehabilitation stay but throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Gala Day - PDRU Garden - 2nd September 2-5pm
Bungee Jump off Titan Crane (ex-patient John Monteith) - 16th September
