Hi everyone, after a few glasses of wine I signed up to do the Super sprint Virgin Active Triathlon. On the 30^th July

 

I thought, as there will be some pain there should be some gain, so I would like to raise some money for Macmillian Nurses, who looked after my Dad in his last days.
