I wanted to set myself a big challange and hopefully achive something I can look back on with great memories whilst inspiring friends, family and others to get active and enjoy the outdoors. 

I'm fortunate to have met some great people who are now friends that have helped me to get to a place where I could start training for an event like this, I'll be unsupported travelling from Kent to Scotland via mid-wales off road through some of the most challenging landscapes, I'll be sleeping in a tent most nights carrying all my gear with me.

I'm aware not everyone with CMT is as fortunate as me however I've manage to get myself in a place that's virtually pain free and improved my physical ability from 2 years ago where walking the dog around the village was a challenge and to show small improvements can make a big difference.
