Patrice Douglas-Hall died on September 1st, 2022. He is survived by his eight children,  nine grandchildren, mother and two sisters. Preliminary planning around the funeral arrangements have begun and as soon as the date and location are confirmed, this information will be shared.  It is clear that Patrice had a wide network of close friends and loved ones and we want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to mourn his death and celebrate his life.
