Emma, Julie and Sheila are doing a sky dive for The Countess of Chester Hospital - The Blue Skies Balcony Appeal! The new appeal is to build a garden balcony on our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) so that our poorly patients can benefit from the outdoors in a safe and infection-controlled environment. All patients, their visitors and staff are set to benefit from this innovative improvement that will make it easier and safer to move patients outside with no loss of space to the existing unit which opened in 2014.
